Just walked a mile!
Such a good day
Got my stitches out! I have a date this Saturday with the new girl working the desk for the orthopedics firm I go to. And I got bubble tea. Now I’m gonna go for a walk and hangout outside the rest of the day peace out ninjas!
Finally got my stitches out. Time to start making serious progress. You can finally see the patella at full extension and significantly less swelling during flexion.
Happy 22nd to one of my closest friends in the past couple years. I owe you a drink and stuffs. Happy Birthday Bud!

Today I walked a quarter mile
It’s the most walking I’ve done since before my knee surgery. I know it sounds like nothing since I used to be able to sprint most of a mile. But progress is progress.
